Job Responsibilities

1. Lead/perform formulation development for multi products.

2. Independently conduct literature research, patent review and analysis.

3. Design and execute pre-formulation; conduct formulation and process development.

4. Assist technology transfer and coordinate scale-up of demonstration/ registration/validation batches.

5. Maintain accurate and complete laboratory notebook capturing protocols, results and observations.

6. Write and review CMC reports and documentation for regulatory filings.

7. Present work and reports regularly.

Job Qualifications

1. B.S. degree or above in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.

2. Knowledge in pre-formulation development and experience with formulation and process development for solid dosage form.

3. Experience with excipients and DP process related unit operations. Prior experience with generic or new drug products R&D is preferred.

4. Excellent record keeping abilities to adequately document process development data.

5. Strong English skills and ability to review literature and document regulatory filings.

6. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organization skills.

7. Responsible and effective verbal and written communication skills.
