The active ingredient in ASN001 is a non-selective β-Adrenergic receptor blocker, clinically indicated for reducing elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma. ASN001 developed by Auson is used to treat new skin indication of infantile hemangioma (IH). This product has completed phase I clinical trial and phase Ⅱ/Ⅲ multicenter clinical trial, demonstrating good safety and efficacy profile.
